Well I'm still going. A couple of injuries tried to get me down but I've managed to get through it without gaining any of my weight back and in the last couple of weeks started losing again. This is all due to keeping my calories under control. It has been huge for me to control my calories enough to not gain any weight back and start losing some recently. Each time I stepped on the scales I feared that I was going to see that number go up but everytime it stayed within range I was even more...Monday, February 28th 2011

So Valentine's Day was great. I was surprised by flowers at work. And then we had a "date" at the gym for a good workout. Finally home to share a piece of Lemoncello cake from Cheesecake Factory. I'm amazed at some of the changes I've been able to make in just a few short months. Changes for the better!!! I'm feeling great and looking much better.Tuesday, January 25th 2011
I just wanted to check in briefly today. I've been reading other people's blogs but haven't made the time lately to diary or blog. Through the holidays I did manage to keep up with working out almost everyday and trying to control my eating. I wouldn't say that I'm eating healthy but I'm not totally out-of-control eating mountains of food and calories. I've weighed in a couple of times this past week and found that I lost a few pounds. Today I got back on IT after a 2 week lapse. I have already done 45 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of weight training while at work. Now it's off to the gym for another 1 & 1/2 hours of cardio. I already feel tons better after 2 mini-workouts.« Previous
