They say that it takes 3 weeks of repetition for something to become a habit. Over the past year I've found myself flirting with weight loss. I'll do a bit here or there: watch my food intake for a week, work out 3 times in a week, or both. Yet, time and time again, I never have the discipline to pull through and I end up failing.
