Start of Week 3

They say that it takes 3 weeks of repetition for something to become a habit. Over the past year I've found myself flirting with weight loss. I'll do a bit here or there: watch my food intake for a week, work out 3 times in a week, or both. Yet, time and time again, I never have the discipline to pull through and I end up failing. Back from Vacation

I'm back from my extended South Florida tour with the girlfriend. We have been doned a celebrity couple name "Ritasha" lol. Hilarious. Anyways, now that I am back from the vacay and have weighed in, I understand that I'm not quite ready for vacations.
