Just a really quick check in. Weigh in day, lost 5 pounds from last week. Back on track and a further than where I was earlier.

Bit of frustration

So I'm not making excuses anymore. My time is crazy busy but I'm doing anything and everything I can whenever I have a moment. I can't work out everyday, but I'll take a one mile walk at lunch or go up our office building stairs 4 times round trips. Add that with a bit more focused eating and the scale isn't moving. I need to break this barrier and feeling a bit frustrated...

So, I've always heard that it takes 3 consistent weeks of doing something to make it start to become a habit. I had returned to CK, was highly motivated. Lost some pounds fast, and then in the middle of my third week I had a trip out of the country for a wedding. I was excited to go to Aruba, but nervous because I knew that I would not be able to stay on track.
