As I find myself beginning to embark on a nice mini vacation I'm reflecting on what I have done the past week and a half. My energy levels have shot up through the roof. I'm excited to be active again in whatever capacity that is available. I'm staying away from most temptations and really watching the calories that I'm putting into my body.Tuesday, June 28th 2011
It's amazing, I've been back on my journey for a week and a day. Yet a light switch has turned on and I couldn't be happier. Last week I commented on how I need to find a way to workout. I like video games. I always have since I was a little kid. I'm a "gamer" as they call us. But it's not something that I let take over my day. I still lead a very busy life, work, school, awesome girlfriend. So it's definitely not holding me back.Thursday, June 23rd 2011
So as I've shared, I'm committed to making the moves that are necessary to restart my journey. After a year of ups and downs, I am focusing on eliminating excuses and putting in the work. I've been keeping tabs of all food intake in the diary all week long so far. I know it's only been 4 days, but it's a good step in the right direction.
