Ok I am about done with my eating for today and I splurged on my fat but was under on my calories. I have some Jelly Belly candy already accounted for and saved for later tonight. Well I made it through last night. It was not as hard as I thought. I kept busy and when I had a craving. I either went and talked with Jodi ( a gal pal at work ) or I thought about my Monday weigh in. I am craving some major foods but I do not have any of them in the house so thats a relief. Ok, day number 2. I pigged a little on Thai take out for lunch but even that was not too bad. Me and the hubby split an entree so it could have been allot worse if I had eaten the whole thing my self. I tried a spring roll and I officially hate tofu. Yuck, its mushy. I went out and bought some of my diet staples- vegetarian chilli and tomato soup. If I have those around, I tend to head for them first and not screw my diet. I am at the hard part of my day. I can make it this far but I am ssooooo craving sweets. I Hate this time of day because I have dishes to do and house work to finish but I want chocolate. And extra butter popcorn and i would give any thing for a cinnamon roll. Thankfully I do not keep allot of junk in the house.
