My life is in between seasons right now and it feels good to have a little break.
Within the next few weeks I will be back to a fairly structured/scheduled week of activities and I made a decision yesterday to cut one of those activities for a while and re-prioritize.
In terms of physical activity these are my goals:
Monday: REST
Tuesday: Yoga, Soccer
Wednesday: Swimming
Thursday: REST
Friday: Weights, Salsa
Saturday: 10k run
Sunday: Soccer

Today is a serious check-in.
My life has been taken hostage the last month with planning a party (that happened on the weekend) and preparing for my salsa performance which is happening this coming weekend. I have been so busy organizing and stressing out over these things that I haven't had any time to dedicate to logging my calories and getting planned exercise in.
