My life is in between seasons right now and it feels good to have a little break.
Within the next few weeks I will be back to a fairly structured/scheduled week of activities and I made a decision yesterday to cut one of those activities for a while and re-prioritize.
In terms of physical activity these are my goals:
Monday: REST
Tuesday: Yoga, Soccer
Wednesday: Swimming
Thursday: REST
Friday: Weights, Salsa
Saturday: 10k run
Sunday: Soccer
In terms of my calorie intake... my goals are:
LOG EVERY DAY and EVERYTHING
Max (net) 1300/day
No more than 450 calories/week from alcohol
No more baked goods hanging around the house!!
Ok - now onto making those goals happen!

I keep baking and it's horrible! I need to hide my bowls and pans. Edit - my baking is great, eating it all is the horrible part
