I wish I could be jumping up and down talking about all the weight I'm losing but alas, that is still not the case. I just can't seem to break under 178, but I do know I am on a downward trend. I have been doing a lot of strengthening activities lately so I am happy to focus on other wins.. like how much stronger I am getting!

I have had no problem with motivation these past 6 months... lots of exercise, healthy eating, and I have been logging really consistently (especially since starting the Queens challenge) - but the scale hasn't budged.
In previous blog posts I've already talked about a lot of the reasons behind the stalled scale so I won't repeat myself...
But I wanted to stop in and post to say I think I've got my mojo back! I'm losing weight again (finally)!!!

I feel amazing...
I am approaching the most fit I have ever been in my life and interesting to note that I am about 30 pounds larger than when I was this fit before. It just goes to show that your size does not accurately predict your fitness.
I am really strong right now, incredibly flexible, and my cardio is great.
I have been doing a lot of cross training - I run once a week, swim once a week, play soccer twice a week, practice yoga 3 or 4 times a week and weight training/cal...

In some ways I am really disappointed in myself for not having lost any weight in the last 6 months on CK. I think about how successful I was before - when I lost 110 pounds and was so dedicated and saw the pounds literally melting off week by week. What's different now?
I got used to being thin. I got complacent. I think I felt a little invicible... that this new thin, fit, healthy, and active me couldn't possibly gain the weight back.
