I have had no problem with motivation these past 6 months... lots of exercise, healthy eating, and I have been logging really consistently (especially since starting the Queens challenge) - but the scale hasn't budged.

In previous blog posts I've already talked about a lot of the reasons behind the stalled scale so I won't repeat myself...

But I wanted to stop in and post to say I think I've got my mojo back! I'm losing weight again (finally)!!! :rock1:

Something in the past few weeks just kind of gave in to it. I'm letting my grip go on food and am not over-consuming calories during the day anymore. I am able to stop myself when I have had enough (even if it's "not as much as I'm used to having";) and am able to say no to even the most tempting foods.

Ok, so chocolate still has its evil ways on me... but I am doing a fairly decent job of moderation. I am really proud of myself.

I am going to keep working to keep myself in this zone and to eat to live instead of the reverse.
