Wednesday, Jan 16 2013 - Getting my weight loss mojo back

I have had no problem with motivation these past 6 months... lots of exercise, healthy eating, and I have been logging really consistently (especially since starting the Queens challenge) - but the scale hasn't budged.
In previous blog posts I've already talked about a lot of the reasons behind the stalled scale so I won't repeat myself...
But I wanted to stop in and post to say I think I've got my mojo back! I'm losing weight again (finally)!!!
Something in the past few weeks just kind of gave in to it. I'm letting my grip go on food and am not over-consuming calories during the day anymore. I am able to stop myself when I have had enough (even if it's "not as much as I'm used to having"

and am able to say no to even the most tempting foods.
Ok, so chocolate still has its evil ways on me... but I am doing a fairly decent job of moderation. I am really proud of myself.
I am going to keep working to keep myself in this zone and to eat to live instead of the reverse.
