Tuesday, Gosh I am Sore!

I opened my eyes today and I didn't want to move. My abs and my biceps were so stiff and screaming at me. Josh killed me yesterday at the gym. Thats what I pay him for though, right? I started immediatly to think I should skip the gym today. However.... I did the right thing.=D=D I got up and moving and went to the gym as planned. Monday- Its a new Week, Its gonna be a good one!

I started back with my trainer Josh at the gym today. I can hardly pick up Andrew. I know I am going to be soooo sore tommorow, but in a good way. I will know that I worked hard. We did back and biceps for thirty minutes, then about 5 minutes of abs. I have been doing all of these body parts on my own over the last couple of months without Josh. Its the Weekend!!!!!

Its Saturday morning! We are all up and I need to pack all of our stuff so we can get on the road. We are going to Charleston to visit with Jason's parents for the weekend. We always have such a nice and relaxing visit and we haven't been in a while. It should be a welcome break from normal life here in the Yaman house.

I just wanted to post my goals for this weekend really quickly. I am not going to be to hard on myself. I am just going to have some simple goals.

Friday Weigh In Blues (AGAIN)

Weigh in day. I had a great week. I was under or at my calorie target all of the last 7 days. I had lots of exersize time logged (way more than the recommended time from CK). I watched my sodium pretty well.
The only thing I did not do wonderfully with was water. I did not drink tons of water as I probably should have.
My weight today was back to my start weight - 157. WHERE DID THAT COME FROM??????????????????

I had a hard time getting up this am. I didn't get Caroline to preschool. Oh well, its just preschool. I just took her with us to the gym. I decided to skip weight lifting today. I am still so sore from Tuesday. I went up on weights on Tuesday and my chest and arm are really sore. I hope that was ok. I don't want to skip something that I should push through, but I do know that rest days are ok. I am satisfied with my decision.
