Frustrated with feeling yucky!!! I really want to get on a roll, get into a good pattern with my exersize routine. I have a plan. Why can there not be one week that my plan is actually carried out as planned????

I have such good intentions. I have not been allowing myself any excuses, and even if I tried my husband has been great about backing me up and getting my there in the evening if I skipped the gym in the am. And then I get sick.

A new month, a blank slate, lets rock it! Erika you can do this!
I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me!
Goal #1-
Make God my priority, Trust in fully, give everything over to Him ( I want to wake up with Him as the first thought on my mind and spend a moment in prayer getting my head straight for the day. I want to continually look to Him for my strength throughout the day!) This is my #1 goal.
2.) Take care of myself inside and out.

So yesterday was not such a great day for me. I woke up feeling really down in the dumps and I really let it get the best of me for most of the day. I pretty much sat on my butt all day long.
I did log. I did stay under calorie.
I was craving comfort food, as I do when depressed. I didn't really have junk( ON PURPOSE!) in the house so I made a boxed cake that I found hiding in the pantry. Now, in the past I could have eaten a good chunck of that sitting on the couch feeling sorry...

I am debating in my head currently whether to skip the gym this am or not. I really should probably push through and just do it. I had a killer day yesterday and I am still sore from MOnday really. I am thinking tht I am going to let my body rest this am and hit a yoga class tonight and do cardio tonight also.
Always a risky plan, stuff comes up and sometimes things I plan for PM get canceled.
NO EXCUSE TODAY, I am really going to stick to the plan.

Well, I am back from the gym. Josh did the hardest leg day I have ever done I do believe, and I have worked out with him many times in the past!!!


I think he is getting me good for the "break" I took in January/ beginning of Feb that I should not have taken.

Anyways, needless to say Kickboxing did not happen
