SO...Its a new week. What are my goals to focus on?
~Drink up the Water Girl!
~Cardio 5 days this week.
~Weights 2 times this week.
~Don't miss kickboxing class.
~Stay in calorie zone daily.
~SMILE, be happy and calm. Take the time each morning to pray and ask God to guide my day.

Couch to 5k

I have never been a runner. I have never run more than 10min in my life. I want so much to be a runner. I want to be able to run and run and run and run. What great stress reducer. What great calorie burner. I am going to try ths couch to 5k program and see if I can become a runner. Running a 5K is something I don't really believe that I can do. I want to prove myself wrong. Day one went well. I can run for 60sec and then walk for 90 and then repeat. Tht I can handle. As it progresses, and gets ...

weigh in day

So today was weigh in day! I stepped on the scale knowing I had a good first week. I stayed in my calorie range and I exersized most days. My period just started though so I told myself I would not be upset if I didn't loose anything. Guess what???
I went from 157, where I have been since NOVEMBER, to 153.5!!!!! WOW! I am so excited. What a great start. I surely did not expect that.
It will definatly help keep me motivated for this next week. I am so excited. I have not ben under 150 since...

Week 1

Monday, February 4th 2008

I am feeling really motivated today. I got a treadmill for home yesterday and I am so excited! Now on busy days I don't have to go to the gym. I used it last night and this afternoon. It enabled me to go to a friend's for a playdate this am instead of the gym and get my workout during nap time.
I have already lost over 30 pds but I have been stuck at 157 since the end of November. I have to say I have not really watched my calorie intake closely and I have not exersized but once or twice a we...
