Friday, October 16th 2009

I remember when I was young, my mother telling me to "look before you leap" 1 wish I would have followed that advice yesterday, before eating a Costco Blueberry Muffin.:bang:
I was surprised to find out (after eating it) that it was 610 calories for one muffin.
Had I known before hand I would not of spent 610 calories for a muffin. :angry2:

I was proud of myself yesterday. I went to work at 8:00 a.m. for a meeting that lasted till 9:00.
When I got off I rode my bike to the beach (26 miles) then went back to work at 2:00 till 9:00p.m.
I had not problem going to sleep by 10:00, however it is not 3:47a.m. and I am wide awake.
Hope you all have a good week end.

Do you eat more salads when the weather is hot? In the summer do you have more fruit and fresh vegies?
In the colder months do you find that you eat higher fat foods?
Do you eat more everything during Oct. Nov. and Dec. because of holidays?
How do you adjust for the change in the seasons?
