I have had better weeks with my diet and exercise. I have made better choices for myself in the past weeks. :oHummmmm
I have not ridden or worked out much this week:n:
Seems to be a direct link for me between exercising and what I put in my mouth. :dazed:
When I work out I don't eat foods that have no value. :heart1:
When I don't work out I eat foods that are high in sugar and have no nutritional value.:nono1:
I do have a bike ride planned for today. I hope that will get me back on track.:cool:

watch out

I need to keep an eye on myself. It has been a tough week with eating and exercise. We had dinner out for breast cancer research I won't even talk about what I ate and drank.
The night before we went out and I had a nice dinner with a glass of wine. We have not ridden our bikes to the beach all week. Think we over rode last week. So this week has been more food and less exercise.
I really need to watch it. Plus the weather is changing with the amount of light that is left when I get of...

It is good to remind ourselves that our decision to change our out look on weight and how we relate to food is a process.
I also need to plan ahead for exercise since the weather will be changing and so will the amount of time I have daylight.

Nice Ride after Work

Enjoyed a nice bike ride after work with my husband.:inlove1: We rode for 55 minutes at 14 mph. :thumbu2: It was so nice, because it was not hot. :y: We rode from 6:30 to 7:30.

Summer Slipping By.

Summer is Slipping by so quickly. I want to squeeze every drop of sunshine out of this summer. I took the last two days off and recovered from last my 40 bike ride. Today we are going to ride 20 nice and easy. Daylight Saving ends the first week end of Nov.
