To tired to take the time to cook after the last few days of work and over exercising. Sad to say after I went to Costco to buy good food and snacks, my husband and I were still so tired from the bike ride the day before we went to bed with out dinner. I snaked on peanuts and a glass of wine.

I was asleep by 8:00. I almost feel human this morning.
I think I need about two more days of good sleep to be back to myself. I will be really careful about what I eat because I tend not to...

I worked 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tue. I worked from 3:00 p,m. until 2:00 a.m. and then had to be back at work at 6:00 a.m Tue. and worked until 4:30 p.m.

This was all for inventory.
Because I didn't want to miss a work out due to my work schedule I rode my bike 12 miles on Tue. before going to work. Most of my bike ride was up hills. I felt good that I got a work out in before going to work that afternoon. I took a nap when I got home on Tue. and went to bed ea...

Yesterday was not a good food day for me.

I made a poor choice by going to Islands with a friend for lunch. I had a mushroom cheese burger

with french fry's

both are foods I rarely eat because I don't even like them that much.

I think I gave in to being discouraged about loosing only a pound in the past three months

after working so hard exercising like crazy and eating right.

Well my stomach is not feeling so good this morning.

Well my 131.8 was short lived.

Like a dream. I am beginning to think my name is 132.
I have come to a place where I have to make peace with the number.

I'm not un-happy with my body, it could be better, but I know I am healthy. I am doing things daily to
live a healthy life. I am proud of my accomplishments.

I am not rationalizing . I have lost over 30 lbs gone from a size 14 to a 4. I need to give the scale a rest.

I know 2/10 of a lb is not a lot of weight, but at last I got to see something different than 132 on the scale.

We rode our bikes 12 miles last night because I worked an hour overtime.

I was proud of myself because, in addition to being late to take a ride, my son and grandchildren had just dropped in.

I hugged them quickly, put on my bike clothes and ask them to watch us ride up the big hill.
