So it's Day 2 of the journey revisited and I feel great. Despite all of the the items on my plate, I'm handling as well as I can. I'm finally focused on keeping track of what I eat and I am finding out that as I eat healthier, I end up underplanning and eating much less than I should be. For example, I'm at breakfast/snack/and lunch; it's 1:45 and i'm only at 500 calories for the day. I wish I could find the time to add in my workouts but the schedule is so hectic that there isn't much time left.
Another item that I feel is key to this journey is to celebrate all accomplishments that you come across. Well today, I received a midterm grade (i'm a graduate school student) and definitely scored at 99% on the managerial accounting mid term. I'm 4 weeks away from a perfect 4.0 grad school semester.
