Happy New Year

Thursday, January 5th 2012

Hey Everyone!

I'm a bit late considering most people posted their happy new year messages a few days ago but I'm here, I'm back and I'm motivated. Bit of frustration

Tuesday, September 13th 2011

So I'm not making excuses anymore. My time is crazy busy but I'm doing anything and everything I can whenever I have a moment. I can't work out everyday, but I'll take a one mile walk at lunch or go up our office building stairs 4 times round trips. Add that with a bit more focused eating and the scale isn't moving. I need to break this barrier and feeling a bit frustrated...
