Writing this so I have a record.
"I decide to commit towards the progression of my health for the better. I understand that the road is bumpy, but I'm focused to make improvements so that I can live a long and happy life. While I may not be able to fit in exercise into every single day, I will make better judgements with regard to food intake and do everything I can to not over-indulge. I am a human, I have flaws, and I acknowledge this."
With this being said, I have kept up with my log so far this week. I hit my calorie target on Monday, and almost on Tuesday. I actually went a bit over and I logged that information in so that I was truthful. That's a huge first step; because if I'm lying in my diary, I'm only hurting myself on the scale.
I'm in finals week and will have some free time next week. Discipline and dedication is going to be paramount as I have an opportunity to add in loads of workout time in the wake of no school for a few weeks.
30 years old is just around the corner (3 weeks from today) and I need to make myself a priority for once.
Let's do this!!!!
