OK. I have only done 1 blog. It was the first one you had to do while going through the CK program. It has always been suggested that you write down your feelings, goals and ideas. I have never been good about doing this before but I am going to give it a try. My goal is
In October, November and December of 2010 I basically lost and gained the same 6-8 pounds. Right before Christmas I weighed in at 222. I did not weigh myself for about
3 weeks. But today it different. I faced the scale and am ready to get under 200 pounds. I have been over 200 pounds most of my life. I know for sure I was over 200 pounds in the 7th grade, don't know if I knew my weight before that. All the times I have lost 80-100 pounds I have never seen a "1" infront of my weight.
So today I faced the scale........228....yuck.....but I am OK. Now I know what I need to do and will no longer rationalize that it is OK that I have not weighed in the past 3 weeks. I will try not to fall in that trap again......6 pounds in 3 weeks.....comes back pretty fast.
I had a good workout this morning. Internvals on the treadmill and weight training. I WILL blog again tomorrow!
