View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Yesterday was a great day until I got home. I cannot quite figure out why I lost control of my eating after I got home. I am a little stressed about money but luckily I got a bonus check at work that will help out....so all is good now.
I got home an had a pumplin muffie from Panera Bread that my husband bought for me the other night and then I had some chocolate that we had around for a long time that was not tempting me....for weeks. Then we went to Panera for dinner and I had 1.5 more pastries. I put eveything in my food diary. I thought it would be a good thing for me to see what one of my binges really looked like and will make me think in the future. I think I figured everything I ate......2,800ish calories for the day.
In the past I have always giving myself one eveing to eat whatever I want and it is usually planned......this was not planned at all. I really did not want to blog about this BUT my new goal this year is to write about what is going on.....so I have to write about the good, bad and ugly
Today is a better day. I got up early swam laps for 45 minutes and then did a body circuit training class for 45 minutes and I am making sure I document all the food I eat today as I eat it. I usually get a little lazy about documenting over the weekend. I am going to stay in calorie range today and document everything!
also after I worked out this morning I was straving after I got home. I wanted to eat more but had not documented everything yet. Soooo....I did not eaty....I have been drinking a lot of water, did some chores and am now documenting and now I am not hungry anymore. I am glad I waited to eat.

There just was something about yesterday.
:sad2: I lost it when I got home, too. w/me it's pure body exhaustion. When I'm beyond tired I think I'm famished. I ate my face off but I also cranked up the workouts before midnight hit! I saved myself. *laugh* WOOT to your exercise! Today WILL be a better day!

You're right! We did have the same day! Now I will have to follow your example and get my butt moving! Then maybe I won't be craving all the leftovers from last night!
