View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
This morning I am feeling a little better. I had a good job wiht my neighbor this morning and my body is feeling good. Hopefully I ran some stress off.
Yesterday I logged all my food....I was over....I am OK with that because I did not go crazy and I was in control of the food....it did not control me so that was good.
Here is to another day to log. I have not weighed myself yet in over a week. I am a little scared to. Not sure when I am going to yet.
My goal is to log everything today. I think I will stick with that and see how the day goes.

I also have been having a rough time, I was ill this week with stomach issues. So, for 3 days I ate poorly and didn't exercise. I weighed myself this morning and I gained 2 pounds.
Today is a new week, and I'm feeling much better. Here's to starting again, I will never give up because this is for me.
