View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

yesterday was a good day. I got a green check and it felt so good to see that. I had a great workout (weight training) with my trainer yesterday and this morning I had a nice and strong 4 mile jog. I jogged up the hills at a better pace than I have ever done before!

I spoke with my trainer about weighing and just not wanting to feel like a failure. We came up with a plan. I will weigh in next Monday, he will weigh me in and we will go from there.

He also wants to see my food log for the week so that will motivate me to log everything.

Even though I have not been consistantly logging and weighing the past 3 weeks there are positive things happening. My clothes do not feel tighter, I have been getting a lot of complements from people this week (I love that) and my running is getting better If I can get my eating under control I should be able to get back on the losing track:)

I just got to keep going.

Progress feels so good. I'm glad you're still finding joy in working out... the food will get back on track. As long as you have one or the other, you should be able to at least keep from slipping back. I haven't kept up with your blog... but I do hope that your husband's job has gotten a little better... and that you're able to put some of that stress away too!
