View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

Last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I took off work to have spring break with my daughters ages 9 and 13. We had a great time. We did not travel anywhere....just did stuff around town. I did not document any of these days. There is a part of me that wishes I would have and there is a part of me that was like....this was my vacation. Thursday morning I ran 5 milles and hit my personal best in time (4 seconds off!!!) I was so happy.

Only bummer, Friday I started feeling sick. There is a certain feeling in my throat when I know I am coming down with something and then it hit me like a tons of bricks. Sick ALL weekend. I didn't even want to exercise....strange for me. I think I am going to take tomorrow off too....still having body aches. BUT I am back on plan with eating. Logged all my food for today. I made a lasagna last night to pop in the over tonight and already figured out the calories for a slice, I also logged my food to today last night and got it all ready so I just had to pull it out of the frig. So I guess taking a few days off from logging did not hurt me too much. I haven't stepped on the scale yet. I am going to give myself a coulple of days....Good to be back on CK though....

Geez... I'm sorry... I've been sick too and you must have "caught it" from my blog! Be good to yourself!!!

I hope you are feeling better & I am glad you got to a little bit of fun stuff with the girls before you got sick.
I need a spring break I think :)

I don't think it's right that most adults don't get a spring break!! Hope you are feeling better soon.
