Lots up ups and downs for me.

I am still holding on to this cold. I am getting better but it is zapping the energy out of me.

I did my 10K this weekend, sick and all, I ROCKED my pace!!! My best time for 5 miles was a 10:46 mile average pace. The 10K, 6ish miles, I did a 10:29 pace and it was the hilliest route I ever ran. I was sooo happy! I felt Aweful after the race but for 1 hour and 4 minutes I felt like I could conquer anything. While I was running I was thinking....I wish I would attack my eating like I can attack a workout......

My husband is still very stressed at work. He feels like he will be fired any minute and this is just causing me so much stress. I try very hard to focus on the things that I can change BUT it is really hard.

He is doing his best, trying not to make anyone mad and is looking for another job......

I am hanging in. I wish I could savor my 10K run more but my husbands stress is just overshadowing me right now.

We spoke at length last night. He is about 325 pounds right now and I encouraged him to at least at home focus on getting heatlhy.....that will only help him find a new job too. He watches a ton of TV. It is up to him to do it now.........blah.
