Yesterday was pretty good. Logged ALL my food. I was over by 239 calories. I had a sweet attack and I let it control me for a moment but I then stopped it.

Had a good workout with my trainer. Could not quite workout like I usually do. This cold is really kicking me in the butt. I had a good 4.5 run this morning with my neighbor. She went home at 3 miles but I did an extra loop. I am tired now. Tomorrow I will not workout. I think I need to take the day off and rest my body.

Yesterday my husband said everyone at work is just being super nice to him now. He said it is nice but freaking him out a little because it is so different. There were never nice to him...even the first day of work. We are still enjoying not having that crazy stressed feeling.

My next big goal..... I want to do a Marathon! I have done 4 half marathons and a handful of 5ks and one 10k. All my brothers are big time atheletes and have done several marathons, triatholons and even an iron man. My mother is 75 and still does marathons. I think I am ready for this challange. I am going to do the Santa Barbara Marathon on November 12 this year. I am going to work with a running coach at my running store. I am going to get a plan in place for the next 3 months to keep me in good shape but not burn out and then, in July, the training will begin. My goal is to focus on losing weight again the next 3 months.....this will definately help me with the training. I am excited about this! My brother and my Mom will be at the Marathon so that will be fun too.
