Quick blog. It has been super busy at work so have not had much time to blog...just peeking in here and there.
Things are going pretty good for me this week. 2 green check days out of 3 so far. Today should be another green check day
Meet with the running coach and I am not super excited! he is creating 2 plans for me. The first one will be for the next 12 weeks. The goal is to get me into good shape for the marathon training that will begin in July. We are going to schedule 2 10ks and a half marathon during this time so I have sort terms goals to work for. I am super excited about this new focus and will help motivate me to drop some more weight.
I am finally starting to feel better from that nasty cold/allergies? that would not leave. I am able to put more intensity into my workouts. Hopefully next week I will be back to were I was before I got sick! Going to take the day off from working out tomorrow to give my body a little break.

That sounds like an aggressive training schedule... but I *know* you'll do great!!!
