View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Green check number 3 and I am feeling so much better. Went to Panera for dinner and my sodium was crazy high BUT the scale was even nice this morning showing another 1/2 pound drop. I am sure I am just getting rid of the bloat but I am glad I am getting back into the groove. Last night was also a great personal training session. Tons of push ups (even on the toes) I just felt strong.
I have to travel for work next weekend and have been nervous about fitting into my professional skirts and tops since I am 8 pounds up since last year. Skirts are fine! The tops are a little snug so I will have to get a couple of new ones but I was happy about the skirts. My office is VERY casual so professional attire only happens about 4 times per year.
My only challenge the next coulpe of day will be that I will be traveling to my home town for one of my very good friends father's funeral.
In keeping with my plan....going back to what worked before. When I lost my 98 pounds in 1997 and last summer when I re lost 45 pounds of that....I always allowed myself one evening (not the entire day) to not log and just eat what I want. I will do this on Friday as we will be going to my favorite pizza place BUT other than that I will need to get right back into logging my food Saturday morning. I have no excuse not to log since I have a SMART phone and can do it right away.

Just stick with your plan and you will be fine on the traveling - you can do it!
