View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

Just having a blah day. Yesterday was good running wise (2 workouts a 50 minute run and then speed work last night which I did very well). Got a green check too.

I have been seeing a chiropractor about g glut /hamstring/lower back issue I have been having. Finally my right side is great but now my left hip is bothering me....ug. Hopefully it will go away soon as I have to do a 10 mile run on Friday because I am traveling for work for the weekend.

I guess I feel blah mostly because I am just not feeling very connected to my husband right now. We go through phases like this and I know it will pass. He does have so much work stress and I really try to be simpathetic to it BUT.......he watches a lot of TV and is now caught up in a book series. Seriously for 4 hours a day he is watching TV and reading. I am sure it is to cope with his work situation. I just wish he would move and be more present to his family.

Also, I have to take a little break from Personal Training. Just a month until I get caught up from having to pay for all those car repairs. Also this summer I have to pay for a babysitter for the girls. They love it but it is not cheap. I think the combination of these 2 things and just being so busy at work and at home I am just feeling blah and am trying not to turn to food. I am doing pretty good. Better than I would have in the past. When I do start munching I can usually stop myself.

I"m heading to the acupuncturist for a similar reason. What did your chiro attribute the glute/hamstring thing to?

Good for you on not turning to food. It's tough not to! I hope things change with the hubs soon. I think we all have phases we have to deal with and they aren't fun.
