View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Yesterday my boday was exhausted. Decided not to push it and took the night off from exercising. No green check, over my calories by 250. I am not upset about the calories. I was happy I logged everything, it helped me to stop eating more. I just which I would have had a little better self control after I got home from work. Transition from work to home is my worst time. I just want to munch. I wasted 300 calories on hard candy and honey smacks cereal. I really was not that hungry. I need to work on just drinking a lot of water until dinner is ready.
Had a nice slow jog this morning. My back is still feeling great! I am so happy about this. Just need that hammy to loosen up and I will be great.

Weekends are my toughest times but right after work can be a killer for me too. Exp. if I did a hard workout I am starved and will eat my way through the house if I let myself.

Glad to hear the back is doing well.
:y: My hammy is getting better and now I just need to the glue to cool it. I went to the running store and bought some new shoes with a tad more stability and my leg really seems to be responding to it - have you tried that route yet? I can't remember if you said you did or not. Even though it's helping I'm still keeping with the acupuncture. We will sort ourselves our eventually so hang in there.

I know how you feel. I had cheese and pretzel crisps yesterday. My husband generally doesn't want to eat dinner until late (usually 8 by the time we eat) and I am hungry by 6.
