View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Green check yesterday! I started munching when I got home but immediately started logging everything and stopped myself. Got a green check, no exercise yesterday(Needed a day off after that long run), wihout exercise calories. There were many times I literately had to stop myself from eating but I did it. the scale was even nice to me yesterday. Showed a 2 pound loss....good bye water
This morning I had a 50 minute jog....whew it was super hot and humid (today is going to be 100 degrees, not heat index, degrees....) but I felt good during the entire run. I am excited that I can handle the heat much better than I ever could. So something is going right~!
tonight at speed work we have our 2 mile time trial. Did I mention it is going to be 100 degress today?

we will see how it goes. It will only be 21 minutes of running......
I am feeling positive. Hope this feeling lasts! Thanks to everyone for your supportive comments. It helps so much!

Is this muncy week? I have them and boy are they a pain in the butt... Honey mustard pretzles are my down fall this week... crazy cause I never craved them before.
It is very hot and humid here too.. I was planning on cutting the grass but I am just not sure.
