View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Had a good day yesterday. went to a personal training session for the first time in a while. I had to stop for a while due to money. It was great. Had a good run in the morning too.
A green check day and my weight is steady! Someone posted that consistancy was the key and this has been what I have been focusing on. I have a 12 mile run again in the lovely hot and humid weather.
The only thing I wish I would have done differently is that I had an ice cream cone and I really did not want it. Other than that food choices have been pretty good.
