View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Things that went well this past week:
*Had a great 2 minute time trial
*Started weight trainig again
*My lower back and hamstring injuries are getting better each day (it has moved to my calfs but that is getting better too)
*Did my 12 mile run on Saturday and felt great the entire run. I felt like I could have run 2-3 mile more. I was so happy about this. In the past when I did my 12 mile training run I felt like to could not run another step. I was so happy when I got done with my run I cried.
*Logging my food was much more consistant this week. I logged over the weekend too!
*Loss for the week was -.75.......
It was a loss, I know. I was just hoping and it looked like it was going to be a 2-3 pound loss. I am a little dissapointed but I have to focus on all the good this I did above.
I am glad I did the PAWs challanged. It really helped keep my focus. So I am going to go for a repeat of what I did this past week. It was totally doable. As long as the number keeps going down each week......

Great job on the run and the loss!! Are you eating back exercise calories? I missed the PAW challenge, what is that?
