View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Green check number 4 in a row! (barely) Tootsie Rolls almost got me but yesterday was a big workout day for me so the exercise calories saved me.
Scale nice again this morning. Showing a 1/2 pound loss (I am getting spoiled by this!). 221! I am finally back where I started. We will see the official weighin results on Monday for PAW.
It is not just that scale that is nice. Since the past two weeks since I have more consistant about logging food I am:
*Less giggly during my runs
*This morning I put on a pair of shorts that I usually have a little muffin top (I hide it with a larger T-shirt)....very little muffin top this morning.
*I looked in the mirror and am seeing the body I had 10 months ago when I got down to 216, I saw 214 for a day
The change I made the past two weeks has been logging food consistanly. I am logging every morsle I eat. I am not depriving myself. I log it and plan it into my calories. I do eat back about 1/2 of my exercise calories. I do eat back more if I need to, if I feel that I need to eat my left foot.
My weight loss goal right now is to be 199 by the end of the year. I think it is doable if I continue to stay motivated.
Tonight I meet my running coach to get the second half of my training plan for the full marathon ( It is November 12). I will also be doing 2 1/2 marathons as part of the training plan. The next one will be the weekend of Sept 10th....only 6 weeks away. This is the one I was training for last year and could not do because of the glut and hamstring injury. My injuries are still getting better. I still have to see the chiro to keep them under control but it is manageable.
I have to run 14 miles this weekend. This will be the longest training run I ever do.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. My goal this weekend to is continue to log everything and visit the boards when I can.

you are doing so good! You are gonna rock that weigh in on Monday. Your goal to be in onederland is definitely doable, I know you can do it. I'm definitely going to sign up for next month's PAW, are you?
