View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

I did it! I ran 14 miles on Saturday! I felt pretty good the entire time. I took it really slow to make sure I could complete the run. Finishing this gave me a lot of confidence for my training schedule.

I am especially happy because my body is not hurting very much. Just a little throbbing yesterday but today I feel great and actually feel like I want to run again!

Overall it was a very good week of eating and exercising. I logged all my food except for Saturday evening. I had 5 green checks and the day I went over was only about 200 calories over.

The only bummer. My weight totally jumped up. I was 117 all week and this morning I was back to 220. Honestly I am not that worried about it. I know I had a great week last week. I am sure it will come back down.

Oh Lisa... that's FANTASTIC!!! 14 miles is absolutely huge! More than the half-way point to your marathon. Woo hoooooo!! Go you!!!
