View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Hello 217.25 thank you for returning, please stay with me for the rest of the week. Yesterday was a much better day. Green check and good motivation overall.
I forgot to mention yesterday that my husband told me he lost 3 pounds. I see him paying more attention to what he is eating. I am so glad he is trying. One big problem he has is he likes to stay up late and then he has to go to work and is tired after he gets home. Last night he went to be early and was in a great mood in the morning. He told me he realizes that he needs to get more sleep and he is going to try to get into the habit. Again, just so glad to see the postive steps.

As you know, I have a husband who has also been watching and not participating in my weight loss. If yours were to get more sleep, he'd probably very easily take off some pounds... if mine were to eat more regularly (instead of nothing all day then a big dinner w/beer), he'd probably very easily take off some pounds. But we each had our own lifestyle changes that we made in order to get moving... and they'll make theirs too. Aren't they SO DARNED LUCKY TO HAVE US?!?!?!?!?!?
