Well. Let's talk about the good things.
I ran a 14 mile long run again and ran it a tiny bit fast than last week. I felt pretty good the run. Just a few moments of am I done yet but it was better than last week. Next week I get a break. 8 Miles! BUT at half marathon race pace (11:11 minute miles).
We all went clothes shopping for back to school. clothes are fitting better again. I can wear XL shirt and some are too big now!!! XL NOT a 1X in the Womans department, a regular old 1X. I even tried on XL swim suits that fit but the cut was not right for my body.
I had 5 green check days. Only 2 red days. One was the cookie cake day and yesterday I had too much fruit. That melon tasted soooo good.
So last week I was at 217 for 4 days....even yesterday morning. So this moring for PAWs weight in what does the scale do? 220! Arrgggghhhh.
I will not let that scale beat me. I know I should have maintained. Yes it would have been nice to post a loss but I will not let that stupid scale get me down. I am a little bummed but not bummed enogh to give up. I have been working way to hard.
This is when the real hard emotional work comes in.....I am still super motivated but I cannot let that number derail me.
I am strong, I can do this. I am sure that scale will show all my hard work next week!
I am a very good water drinker. I stayed very hydrated before, during and after my long run.

Good pace! I didn't have the best weigh in, either. We'll work it this Monday! It's somewhat crazy what a couple of days can do...

Oh that scale is a pain in the bum! Amazing on the clothing sizes, that is awesome!

Screw the scale... while we love new numbers, you saw a new letter on your clothing size! You still rock, Lisa!
