Had a nice and relaxing labor day weekend. Not too much running around. I really needed that. I did another 16 mile run. The first 12 miles were great but the last 4 were rough.... but I finished. Next week is my half marathon. Honestly right now I am just tired....not really physically.....emotionally. It will be nice to only run 12 miles this weekend and I do not have to run 4 miles the day before.....so this week will be a little bit of a running break.

Last week I did not log faithfully so I had a .75 gain. I was at 219.25 (yeah still in the new numbers) but I am really OK with it. I just needed a break from the tracking. And honestly I did not have any major binges. I just need to make sure I get back into logging TODAY!

Hopefully this week I can get back to losing......

Hey - this week and next will be crazy for travels, but I would love to meet up with you one day soon!

Your scale has 2 decimal points? As a mathematician, I find that exhilarating. But boy, I already focus hard on that single decimal .... another one would make me loco! :thumbu2:

Congrats on your 2nd 16 miler. At least you know you can physically make it through the half if the conditions are right
