Scale making progress after my weekend get away...back to 219. Hopefully the trend will continue! My motivation is much better now.

Yesterday ran 6 miles and have to run 6 miles today at marathon race pace. Was going to do it this morning but had storms this morning. It is just raining now so hopefully it will slow down so I won't have a soggy jog this afternoon.

Over all things are pretty good. My running coach was happy with my half marathon time, since I did not taper, he said my time was a good sign. It was funny he said take it easy this week and recover. So how do you take it easy when you have to run about 35 miles this week:) I will assume he means that I just need to take my runs slow this week. I was feeling super tired last week but an feeling much better this week. I did not weight train on Monday, I just could not do it. The running coach also said at this point staying healthy at this point in the training is the main battle....so so far so good. All my major injuries are gone and we are just training attach the tight spots every week.

I am glad to hear your weight is creeping down too. It's been a rough time for the both of us. We are getting there!
