View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

Yesteday I had to run 6 miles at marathon pace. The run went well. I was a little worried because I usually do my running in the morning before work but because of the thunder and lightening in the morning I had to wait until the evening. It was perfect running weather, a little windy but I will take it over 100 degree weather. I was able to keep the pace the entire time! It felt so good to run a little faster. Marathon training is a different beast. I was getting worried because I was just feeling tired. I am starting to feel so much better now. That run was just what I needed. I did have to turn around and run 4 miles again this morning but I did OK.

This weekend I have to run for 3 hours. Only 3 more 3 hour + runs left then I get to taper!

The scale was good again this morning 218! That weekend bloat is gone now I need to see 217 and then I am back to losing instead of re-losing.

losing instead of re-losing - ha ha I haven't been there in a long, long time! When is your race? I will take wind over 100 degrees any day!
