View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Last week I got 6 green checks! That equals a 4 pound loss for the week!! I weighed in last Wednesdday at 226 and today I was 222. Friday was the only day I did not get a green check (I was 381 calories over). I realize some if this is water weight but I will take it.
It really feels good to be back in control again. Logging throughout the weekend helped me make good choices.
This weekend I swam laps for 50 minutes on Saturday and Sunday was a 10 mile long run. Both workouts felt pretty good. Today is the first day of our biggest loser competition. I am excited about working out with a personal trainer again to get in some better strength training. Only bummer......My daughter is not feeling well. She had a little bit of a temp last night and did not go to school this morning so she will probably miss the first workout. Poor thing.

wow 4 pounds in less than a week that is awesome!! And WOW to ten miles, way to go girl!
