Green check yesterday, running workout was hill sprints and this morning 220! Just a week ago I was 226. I am so happy. Just a week ago I was 226. Logging those calories makes a big difference. I do eat back some of my exercise calories, usually half. I will continue to do that until I stop losing!
Clara said she was a little sore but not too bad. food wise I saw her portioning out everything. She plans on doing the elliptical today. I am proud of her!
Had our first BL workout. It was a lot of fun. PT had sandbags. 2 people would do strength training drills using the sandbags while the other 2 would do cardio and then we would switch. I did not think I would like working out with 3 other people but it actually was pretty motivating. I was so proud of my daughter. It was tough for her but she did not give up.
The only negative is that I am the fittest person (funny, I weigh the most) so I get less attention because everyone needs m...

Last week I got 6 green checks! That equals a 4 pound loss for the week!! I weighed in last Wednesdday at 226 and today I was 222. Friday was the only day I did not get a green check (I was 381 calories over). I realize some if this is water weight but I will take it.
It really feels good to be back in control again. Logging throughout the weekend helped me make good choices.
This weekend I swam laps for 50 minutes on Saturday and Sunday was a 10 mile long run. Both workouts ...

Green check for yesterday and 224.75 this morning! 1.25 pounds down from yesterday. Yup....everytime I log everything and weigh in every day.....guess what happens. The scale goes down!! Imagine that.
Yesterday I after I ate dinner I brushed my teeth. That really helped me from wanting to eat a snack later on in the evening.
We are having beautiful weather here in St. Louis, although it sounds like it is pretty warm everywhere.

YUCK.....226!!!!!! So it looks like I gained 10-13 pounds in 3 weeks. That is crazy. 3 weeks ago I was at 216. After Xmas I started logging again so I am sure I lost 2-3 pounds....I am guessing based on how my clothes fit. Sigh......
So, I can train for a marathon, complete a marathon BUT I still cannot control my food without constant vigilance. So this was a real kick in the pants. I really did not think I was that out of control. Looking back not weighing myself daily was probably...
