View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Still in Onderland, whew. After my declaration of being in wonderland, it was my fear that yesterday was one of those quick drops on the scale but then goes back up the next day. When I stepped on the scale this morning, I went ahead and placed the chunk in the 200 slot and the scale dropped hard, that was a good thing to see. This morning I was 198.5, even better.
In the past I would have used a loss as an excuse to eat more. But this time I was motivated to keep the scale under 200 for a second day.
Also, I watch the Biggest Loser. Usually I watch and wished that I was losing with them. This time I am losing with them and it is a great feeling.
Another note. The Friday I bought a Large top that fit perfectly. Just in 2 weeks there is a lot of extra room in the top. Luckily it was a top that was on super sale and I only spent $14.00 on it.

Running shorter distances....I have a hard time running in the heat so I usually run very short distances in the summer. Oddly enough it is seems easier for me to get out for a long run
:huh: even though I have a tendancy to kind of freak myself out about them.

I'm laughing because I've seen a number slip away and not return for a few days. It's not a good feeling. Congrats on still being there.
