Yesterday was a mixed bag of emotions for me. All day I was scared of that Marathon training plan. I went home and ate 2 bowls of honey nut cheerios. I was fighting the urge to skip my weight training class. I finally just put on my workout clothes and went. I was so glad I did.

-4.25 for the PAW Challenge!!!! I was 222 this morning. I was at 221 for 4 days but of course this morning it went up a pound but I am not complaining at all.
The past we I had 5 green check days. The 2 other days I was in the red I only over by 150-200 calories. I tracked almost every single morsel. It was a very good week. I did not deprive myself. I did have french fries one day, I had ice cream too but it was all in my calorie range.

Green check number 4 in a row! (barely) Tootsie Rolls almost got me but yesterday was a big workout day for me so the exercise calories saved me.
Scale nice again this morning. Showing a 1/2 pound loss (I am getting spoiled by this!). 221! I am finally back where I started. We will see the official weighin results on Monday for PAW.

Green check yesterday, 3 in a row. Yesterday was good overall. Last night my daughters and I went to the pool. I swam laps for 30 minutes and then played with the girls for 30 minutes....nice compromise
I was super happy. My husband changed out of work clothes and did a 1 mile walk before he sat down! Yeah. I am so happy he is trying. He goes to meet the new doctor today so hopefully he will get motivation from him as well.

99 degree + speework = a 2.5 pound weight loss! I was so suprised to see 221.5 this moring. Yesterday was 224. I realize I lost a lot of water, although I DID drink a lot of water throughout the day to prepare for the speedwork and after.
The one mistake I do make in weighing everyday is when I see a loss, I think I give myself permission to eat more the next day....I am not going to do that because I am liking the results.
