hi everyone,just a quick drive by to say hello and that i am alive and well. you know when you try to pack too much into a short span of time? well that's what it has been like this week and will continue to be until next tuesday. this is not really a complaint, just a fact. i am concerned about trying to remain on point with my calories. i have several meals planned away from home and that always gets troublesome. here's how it is working out for me this week:

i will keep it brief for today. the wedding was wonderful, but the weather didn't cooperate. walking to the ship was crazy. it was very cold and windy on the dock. all week i had been worrying about how hot it was going to be and it was the exact opposite. all the women in their strapless, sleeveless and silk dresses had pulled out their pashmina shawls and sweaters.the actual ceremony was supposed to be held on the top deck which i am presuming is partially opened. but because of ...

Well i am down another pound which brings my total loss to 26.5 pounds. i am happy about that, but i could be happier...
if the number was a bit higher. I KNOW, I KNOW it is good to lose slowly and at my age what do I expect. But yanno how it is, right? every once in a while you just want to see a big number...perhaps my time will come again next week...or the week after.
