I thought I deleted this post, because I couldn't get it to work properly. But then I see some folks could see the flag and others couldn't. I was told to simply cut and paste it into a blog and it would work. Ah technology.I haven't been on Calorie King for awhile. Just can't find that groove. Life is good for the most part. But my girlfriend's mom is failing fast and that has us sad.
