GREAT day!!!

Well I made a plan for my time this weekend, I have several months of work to do around my house, and I have stayed on task. My eating has been really good. I have avoided all eat establishments for more than 7 days now!!! Good-bye Mcdonald's things. I've also stayed out of kitchen and my calorie count is on target. Now I'm off to hear some live music as a coffee shop near my house.

Still feeling strong

Last night I bottomed out emotionally. It was a combination of very stressful week and lack of sleep the night before. Anyway I went to the frig and opened the door and started looking for a toxic combination of food I could eat to make me feel “better”. Fortunately, I don’t have much quick comfort food left in my house. I did a cleaning over the weekend and got rid of all the crap that has kept me from achieving my goals. Great Tuesday but a challenging Wednesday ahead

Well I survived the double workout yesterday. Funny effect from it was I had the giggles until almost 1am. Not so funny effect was I didn't go to sleep until almost 1am. And that makes for a short night when I have to be at work by 6am. I know that I have to get plenty of rest to keep dropping the pounds so tonight I'll take some benadryl to help me get to sleep.

Working out

So I am working with a trainer for the first time in my life. It's really been an eye-opener as far as how much more he can push me than I was doing on my own. So based on my goals he has suggested cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 days per week. So starting today I'm doubling up the workouts. I'm going this morning to do 1 hr and 15 minutes of cardio and then again this evening to do our strength training session.
