Yesterday was a good day. Green check, great weight training workout with personal trainer and just overall feeling good in the direction I am heading with my weight loss goals. This morning had a nice 4 mile run with my neighbor. I ran with ease (not working so hard to keep my pace) and am getting my pace back after being congested for so felt great! here is to another good day!

Had a pretty good day yesterday. I went over my calories...about 250. A couple of things I need to think about. There were 2 times that I ate when I really was not hungry. I had a snack and ate it because it was there. Also, my daughter wanted to eat at subway for dinner. I really wasn't in the mood for subway but had it anyway. It really did not taste that good to me. I should have just let her eat subway and then got something different later.

I stepped on the scale 224...Whew. I was just thinking please be just under 225.....yeah. I am just 3 pounds off from about a month or so ago....cannot remember.

I have to remember why I want to continue this weight loss.

1. I am going to do this marathon in November and I will do better if I lose some weight.
2. for training I will be also running 4 other races for my training plan (2 halfs. 10k and a 5k)....if I drop some more weight it will be much easier on my body to ...

I did OK yesterday. Logged all food the entire weekend. Sunday I have a green check but had to count ALL my exercise calories. I don't really like to do that but I was hungry in the evening. I could eaten slower but that is OK. I logged all my food this weekend and that was my goal. I bet I saved a TON of calories. There were many times I wanted to just pop something into my mouth but I did not because the calories were adding up.

it is Sunday and I am online again! Yesterday started off great and then I lost focused in the evening. I ate a quick snack without thinking because I was super hungry. I thought Oh, I will cut down on dinner but when I got back from doing errands I was still hungry and had dinner too. I ate too many sweet things. WAY over my calories.
