Had a good day yesterday. went to a personal training session for the first time in a while. I had to stop for a while due to money. It was great. Had a good run in the morning too.
A green check day and my weight is steady! Someone posted that consistancy was the key and this has been what I have been focusing on. I have a 12 mile run again in the lovely hot and humid weather.

Got so lucky with the weather yesterday! We ended up getting these shattered storms and it cooled everything off! It was humid but at least there was a little breeze and cloudyness for the 2 mile time trial. I hit my goal. My goal was 21 minutes. Did it in 20:43! I met a gal who runs the same pace I do and we were able to keep our pace under control together. Even had a push at the end!
Of course there was a runner who did it in 10:25!

Green check yesterday! I started munching when I got home but immediately started logging everything and stopped myself. Got a green check, no exercise yesterday(Needed a day off after that long run), wihout exercise calories. There were many times I literately had to stop myself from eating but I did it. the scale was even nice to me yesterday. Showed a 2 pound loss....good bye water

Overall had a great weekend. Friday was my birthday and my daughters (with the help of the baby sitter) decorated the outside and inside of the house. They even cleaned the house!! It was the best present. I have the sweetest daughters.

Yesterday my boday was exhausted. Decided not to push it and took the night off from exercising. No green check, over my calories by 250. I am not upset about the calories. I was happy I logged everything, it helped me to stop eating more. I just which I would have had a little better self control after I got home from work.
