Yesterday was pretty good eating wise. I did have some impulsive eating (the m&ms) and 2 small lemon cookies after work BUT I balanced it out with a light dinner (chicken breast, greek yogurt and strawberries). Amazingly with my sugar grabbing yesterday I was under on my sugar! I have really been working on decreasing how much sugar I add to my daily stock meals and it seems to be paying off. Yesterday was not great but not horrible. I was a hungry girl yesterday. Speed work make me hungry the day after too

Someone brought in the giant bags of peanut and regular m&ms to work. Yesterday I did not have 1 m&m! I went over in calories by 300 and my sodium and fat was a little high fromt the costco cheese pizza and too much watermelon (I love watermelon).
This morning was tempo run day. I had to run 4 miles total (in 2, 2 mile sets) between a 10:15 and 10:30 pace. It...

Yesterday was another good day eating wise. Got a green check on calories (this include eating back 400 exercise calories, speedwork makes me HUNGRY). Nutirtion was pretty good. I was only over sodium and fat a tiny bit. I will call it a successfully eating and exercise day. One thing I noticed in paying closer attention to the nutrition details I have become more regular and it is making me feel less bloated. I will take that!

Had a pretty good day eating wise! Got a green check for calories and all nutrients were in range execpt for protein....I was a little under.
I was very happy with my eating as I battled a stressful work day. Luckily no one brought in any treats. I am not sure if I could have resisted that. My husband called me a 3:30 and he hurt his back at work and I had to take him to urgent care (he will be OK) and then I had to take my HIGH SCHOOLER (yikes) to a band BBQ. Another BBQ but I ate 1...

Last week was a better week for me eating wise overall. I was not perfect. 5 of the 7 days I logged everything. 2 of the 5 days I had perfect eating days where the calories and nutrients were right in range. 2 of the other days I was off on calories or nutrients by a small margin.
