A little better week than last week. 225 this morning. I know a lot of it was because I just finished my period but it was nice to see a little loss from the 225.5 a couple weeks ago. I will feel good if I can get a loss a second week in a row!

Normal Blog. Life and work has been so busy. Work has been so busy each work day feels like 5 minutes. I have even tried taking a couple days off the past week and I still end up working half the day to keep up with everything.
Homelife is busy as well. My oldest daughter is in the marching band and there is a lot of driving and volunteering. I also have to keep my 10 year old busy swimming and hanging with friends too after I get off work. You could just imagine what my house looks ...

My weight was the same as last week.... 225.5. Have to admit just a tiny bit disappointed BUT I did work very hard this week on logging all my food throughout the day, worked on making better food choices and not beating myself up when I ate too much sugar. I think I did much better this week and overall feel pretty good about it. I can also tell that the extra jiggles are going away so that is a good thing.

Hello. just wanted to give you an update on my 5K. Yes it was super hot and now getting humid. It was almost 85 degrees at 7am. There was not a cloud in the sky and no shade. The last 1.5 miles was gradual hill.....whew BUT I did it in 31:30 ( my best time was 30:53) I am pretty happy with that race in this crazy heat. Is it Fall yet?

It has been an up and down past week. The good news is I am at 225.5! I was 228 last week. The goal is for another loss, any loss 2 weeks in a row. that has not happened in a long time.
Thursday was a bad day overall. The day started out with good intentions but I just crumbled eating wise in the evening. I took a half day off and ate leftovers for lunch BUT I was still so hungry and had a second serving of the chili macÂ…I just felt so hungry and ended up eating a McDonalds ice cr...
